Terms & Conditions – Interior Design Course (Advance Sign-Up)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and participation in the online interior design course (“Course”) provided by Interior Design Mastery Ltd, located in the United Kingdom. By making a one-off payment for the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Course Overview
• This is a pre-recorded and/or live online interior design course.
• The official Course launch date is 14 September 2025, approximately 10 weeks from today’s date.
• The full price of the Course is £1,000 (GBP), payable as a one-off fee.

2. Payment Terms
• A single payment of £1,000 (GBP) is required to secure your place on the Course.
• This payment is non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period (see Section 4).
• No instalments or deposits are required.

3. Your Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK):
• You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment, unless you have agreed to immediate service delivery or waived this right.
• Since the Course begins in approximately 10 weeks and no course materials are delivered immediately, your full 14-day cancellation window is available.

• If you cancel within 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund.
• After the 14-day cooling-off period, no refunds will be issued.

• You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable device.
• Course duration, structure, and a content outline will be shared prior to the start date.

• You may not copy, share, or reproduce any materials without our express written permission.

• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the Course.
